These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of WA Business Hub (the “Service”) provided by WA Business Hub (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://wa.airbookenterprise.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.

1. The Service

WA Business Hub is a software platform that helps businesses manage WhatsApp Business messaging, including bulk campaigns, contact management, templates, inbox conversations, and related analytics. The Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and is intended for lawful business use only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to recipients who have not opted in.
Violate WhatsApp Business Policy, Commerce Policy, or applicable laws.
Transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or third-party platform rules.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission.

WhatsApp messaging rules: You must use approved message templates for outbound messages outside the 24-hour customer service window, honor opt-out requests, and only message contacts who have given appropriate consent. Violations may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business account by Meta.

4. WhatsApp and third-party services

The Service relies on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and other third-party providers (hosting, email, payments). Your use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy enforcement, or actions taken by Meta or other third parties.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are shown at signup or on the pricing page.
Free trials may convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize recurring charges where applicable.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of contact lists, message content, and other data you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending messages through WhatsApp on your instructions.

You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to upload Customer Data and to message your contacts.

7. Service availability

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where practicable. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control (including Meta outages) may affect availability.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if required for legal or security reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete data after a reasonable retention period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MESSAGE DELIVERY WILL BE SUCCESSFUL OR THAT WHATSAPP ACCOUNTS WILL REMAIN ACTIVE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WA Business Hub AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, your messaging practices, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
