WA Business Hub is a software platform that helps businesses manage WhatsApp Business messaging, including bulk campaigns, contact management, templates, inbox conversations, and related analytics. The Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and is intended for lawful business use only.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service relies on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and other third-party providers (hosting, email, payments). Your use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy enforcement, or actions taken by Meta or other third parties.
You retain ownership of contact lists, message content, and other data you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending messages through WhatsApp on your instructions.
You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to upload Customer Data and to message your contacts.
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where practicable. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control (including Meta outages) may affect availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MESSAGE DELIVERY WILL BE SUCCESSFUL OR THAT WHATSAPP ACCOUNTS WILL REMAIN ACTIVE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WA Business Hub AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, your messaging practices, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
